I've tried +2 mf amys, It bascially means you need to use a dex req weapon to make up for some ar, to make it workable for the ar needed.
In the end you still loose speed because you could have used a martel. But it seems like an opinion which I will never prove again. +2 amys have buyers, and some of them

why dont you stat dex. youll have 3k life with a martel no more needed for a pvm barb with leech.

you can gain life, dmg, leech with the rare set up.

also dex will allow you to wear patriachs

Switch gear is slow, can grab less items to sell for gold, I dont see the point of having them in your inv.

Full angelic is basically op. 100 mf + 2000 ar > all.. /e: 115 life is a small bonus.

/e: and, I dont want to stat dex, it could be spend on str ^^.

that said: these type of +2 amys can become quite valuable when the time desires it!
