It's dead, indeed. But there are very few people to play with, and the price of item is a price someone could pay for it.

Don't go down with prices 'because hccl is dead!'. If someone can pay 150fg for soj, it's worth 150fg and so on.

A price is what you can expect to earn for an item in agreement with a buyer. The activity of a realm does take its part to come to an agreement. Items in an active realm are worth more than in a dead realm.
However.. the offer/demand balance is more important than the activity of a realm. Having the price halved seems a bit too steep of a decline. This could only happen when the realm has more bots than players, creating a surplus of sojs.
