Im not having any issues atm. Im on NA not sure what your region is. And yeah i agree league isn't that fun if you cant play with others.

NA btw i guess this patch messed up a lot of peoples clients but haven't seen someone complain about chat yet on the boards

u cannot use chat when u are permanently banned for toxic/bad behaviour
