Depends what what.
If you gonna have a lot of expansion cards the 6850k would be a better choice because it has 40 PCI-E lanes valiable over 28 on a 6800k.
evo 212 is a bare minimal for such a high TPD 140W. I would go for something like a NH D15 or AIO to clock it higher.

Wont touch the clock speed its a work machine and they dont allow that. I do see your point though.

As for the 6800K vs 6850K, no we dont use hardly any expansion cards. Just a bottom of the barrel graphics card on these machines to support a few monitors.
