I reach 1800 euros in transaction and they ask me for some shit I have to upload because of a law, so I did the next day I was asked for them (there was a time limit, like 180 days to do it)
3 weeks after that, still no answer (it was supposed to take 1-2 weeks for them as max)
I send them a msg, they dont answer
I send another one, no answer
not until the 5th it was when I got an answer from them telling me a specialist will look into my case
today, it tells me in 44 days they will close my account if I dont upload this shit I just uploaded the day after they asked me to do so
what the actual fuck should I do? they dont even reply back my emails
calling and just tell them how fucking retarded they are and to solve my case? is that the only way?

Well calling them is probably the right thing to do indeed. It's pretty easy to get someone to help you on the phone.
Tell them they're fucking retarded might slow down the process.

Calling them will probably result in ´”That’s a good question sir, I will escalate this to the next level and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours” . Probably outsourced worthless support.

I would keep emailing them with earlier conversations attached.

Best of luck

Does it really say they will close your account? Doesn't it say it will be somewhat restricted?
Because that has happened to me, I received too much value in too short time span, so I had that message where it is requested of me to provide x and y information to paypal registry. Reason was reported to be that paypal was required to comply to this process by some EU-Directive/laws. It didn't say it was going to be closed, and about 6months later (I guess it could have been about the same time as when the timer/"issue" state on my acct expired) it just vanished, and my acc state went back to normal. Perhaps I didn't meet the laws criteria anymore.

But I guess it could be something totally different for you. call them! having your funds closed is serious, worth the call.

Call them.
Me and partner run Super Bowl pools. And he received so much money so quick via PayPal they locked his account, lol his bank also locked his bank account because they wanted to make sure he wasn't laundering money.

He was able to get PayPal to unlock his account by speaking to them a coup,e of times on the phone, after his bank investigated his account and seen it was all legit they kindly told them that would no longer like his business and cut him a check for his balance and closed his account.

That's why I only deal with cash for my people, safety deposit box is much easier and no headaches.

Gl man.
