Ted Cruz is a clever political opportunist that understands the gratitude of Trump supporters means nothing to him. But the never trump evangelicals would push their kids off the GW bridge if Cruz told them to, so he didn't betray their trust...

Morally? yeah probably. Endorsing him after all the shit hes said about cruz' family would be pretty awful.
