"We are sending a letter to Gov. Kasich requesting assistance from him. He could very easily do some kind of executive order or something -- I don't care if it's constitutional or not at this point," Stephen Loomis, president of Cleveland Police Patrolmen's Association, told CNN. "They can fight about it after the RNC or they can lift it after the RNC, but I want him to absolutely outlaw open-carry in Cuyahoga County until this RNC is over."

I love that swords, bb guns, hatchets and axes, sling shots, fireworks, and tons of other things are banned, but not guns.

You have to admit it is pretty funny.

I'm just a few hours away. My friend just bought a box of those really loud red snaps that are way louder than they should be. Who knows.

It looks like Trump is trusting bikers to act as security. Watch it turn into that Rolling Stones concert.

I don't think guns will be a problem during the convention. I don't actually plan on watching it tbh.

I can see something really bad happening here with Bikers and black panthers.

Since there are armed guards all around, getting rid of guns temporarily sounds like a good idea.

Minnesota delegation was pushing for a roll call vote on accepting the rules, rather than a voice vote. The RNC told the MNGOP that any roll call vote would be met with retaliation by the RNC. Fuck them.
