education doesnt starts when you are 18.

So what was your point exactly? How exactly is the voucher program he's proposing different than the current system other than allowing greater school choice?

Your debt to GDP ratio is around 1:1 iirc. That's not excessively large, Japan has had 1.3:1 debt to gdp for over a decade and they're still a huge and successful economy. It's only excessively large in your subjective opinion.

i guess he smoked his magic wand making people paying less taxes but in the same time giving people even more choice of free education for their children ?

It is also growing and has almost doubled as % of GDP in the last decade. Also,
