There he states he pm'ed me twice asking if he could use it, tho ive never received any pm's from him and i would not post a signature in his thread
were he was offering 300fg and let him have it for free.

Also, if the case was like he says that i did not reply it doesnt allow him to use my work for free or without permission

Alright Soooo idk really what to do i clicked on a thread and so onn and saw this guy with my sig... His gold is locked. not sure for what.. (can't messgae him, and tried posting in his topic) but i would like to maintain clean myself. I have never had any affiliations with this user what so ever.

I had the file on my main desktop but i cant get it up and running it took a complete shit on me and im having trouble getting anything from it.

Unless you have a PSD proof, there is nothing we can do to block the user from using it.
Next time, you may want to add your name to your signature so if someone steal it and you loose the PSD we can still take action.
