Finally caught the rest of it, that was pretty damn awesome.

Netflix hasn't officially said so, but Matthew Modine said there would be a season 2 (the main antagonist)

The music was so on point. Really added to the nostalgia factor.

She ran away according to what every single person in the story knows, except our main characters, it would be impossible to prove her death without a body. The barb thing was tied up with a bow on it, done.

Her "running away" is the same "bullshit" they wanted people to believe about Will.

If a decent sized group of people knew the reality of what happened to a dead teenager girl, don't you think you would tell the truth? Yes, it's seemingly unimportant since she isn't a main character, but it wasn't tied up with a bow, sorry.
