try run game as admin and eventually in another mode.
not quite sure, but i don't have lags, (well only when the whole screen gets filled with junk in custom games, but thats normal for all)

I usually just do 4v4 quick games. I'm so rusty though :( and there's a delay that is terrible and sometimes unresponsive.
i play about allmost everything, like troll vs elves x4, jurassic park, wc mauls, tower defenses, few rpgs.
whatever people host nowadays.
just go look on makemehost.com - theres a whole website with hosting stuff and u can see what games are being hosted
