Honestly if you are specifically just looking to drop a Shako ASAP, just spam Meph and Meph only... You'll have one within the first 1-2 nights of runs.

well, really looking hard for shako + jah/berx3/ohm. maybe best to spam meph for shako then hit hell cows for runes?
