when i type in the ip thats on the bone it will not pick it up 10 fg to the person who help me fix this

i can sign in on both but laptop will not pick up the xbone i have typed in the ip changed it and everything ether cabled both still nothing it worked fine last week now nothing

Find the Xbox One's IP by checking out your router's web interface, go to the command prompt on your laptop and type ping followed by the address and let us know.
