I feel like the Finals should count for more though. In the regular season, Lowry is one of the best players in the league and at worst the 4th best PG, far above Kyrie, Lillard, and Wall. But in the postseason he has crumbled for two straight years.

Kyrie hasn't been elite in the regular season but he's been better than any of the aforementioned players in the postseason.

I guess Iggy was elite coming into the season too. And Love is the worst starter in the league. And Curry is worse than Kyrie.

Iggy's really good man. he played well again when they called his number. His minutes decreased because green started doing some of the same things he was so good at, but when green had off games/was suspended, iggy stepped in no problem.

I do think we have to be careful in overrating players based off of finals performances, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't give them a little extra for performing better in the finals. After all, it truly is the one do or die scenario where you have to play at your utmost level with the trophy on the line. Players who are capable of stepping up in that situation do deserve to be rated better.

Why are you saying shit like that? Where did I say the Finals is ALL that matters?

Yes exactly.

And given that Kyrie, Lillard, and Wall were neck-and-neck for the past several years, I'm comfortable giving Kyrie the edge over them after this sensational postseason culminating in a clutch win vs one of the greatest teams in NBA history.

I am positive Wall and Lillard with that team could have beat them too.
