Obviously a hook topic title, but if you think about it it's not so far fetched. The Navy Yard shooter, Washington, D.C. Sniper in 2002, and the countless ex military members who have ptsd and kill their families or others in a much higher rate than everyday citizens. Then you have situations like fort hood where they were Muslim, but was that what made them do it or was it the military?

Point is, if you check the polls, ex military tends to be super conservative, pro gun, and anti-Muslim. Why? Their own fellow soldiers have committed mass murders as well. Why is one group so different than another such as Muslims? Why aren't they looking in the mirror?

American Soldiers with ptsd are much more likely to kill than a non military member. Should we treat them as such?

My point is that instead of the right blaming Muslims and minorities as murders, why do they refuse to read the facts right in front of them that soldiers are more likely to kill, and get them help. The VA is very underfunded especially with mental health issues.

Should we treat soldiers with ptsd the same way we treat extremists that pop up on the terrorist radar?

No? because....apples and oranges?

My point is that both groups have murder on their mind much more than the average person and that is apples and apples. Most people know a few ex military guys who are clearly messed up in the head, paranoid, etc. I'm grateful for their service, but I think seeing death overseas changes who you are, that's clear. PTSD is sad, but isn't it scary that we have millions of American soldiers here with mental impairments that make them more prone to violence?

People are okay targeting Muslims, but saying it about an ex military member is sacrilege?

There are tons of these studies, but most recently I read one from Reuters. Google it, very easy to find multiple articles confirming this.

I'd like if you actually cited your sources here.

See? People just get so butt hurt when you bring up the military like they're Jesus.

Can't find the Reuters article. Read it last night. Here's a few though. Just google. Is it that surprising? This has been a known issue especially since 2005 or so after Iraq/Afghanistan

I'm butthurt because you think you are above the law.

It is not right to use statistics and not cite their original source. I figured someone of your stature would know better but I was very wrong. Don't let it happen again.

Lol k troll. Let's just agree based on the cited articles above that veterans are significantly more likely to murder.

When drugs and alcohol are not abused the threat of violence with ptsd does way down just like other issues like anxiety and depression none of which require service in the military to suffer from

You're trying to make a poor point by running people that have served their country through the mud
