Well, my opinion really is solely dependent on other people acknowledging it though, right?

If someone doesn't acknowledge or care about my opinion, does it mean it doesn't matter? But since I shared my opinion, it's still an opinion, does it matter if it doesn't matter though?

Not saying that at all. I meant to say someone's opinion isn't really an opinion if no one is listening to you. That opinion doesn't mean much then does it?

For example: Last person on the Earth. Does your opinion matter more or less than within a full functioning society? I'd say a lot less.

My point is we must listen to others opinions, we have too. (If we don't agree or not with them is another story, but acknowledging they have an opinion is key)

I'm not wanting validation for my opinions man. I'm just saying opinions don't really mean anything unless others listen to you (whether they agree or not).
