I'm susceptible to this thought, especially as someone who ADORES freedom.
I believe in something similar by gnosis called "the seed of sentience" or Seth/prometheus.
Though, this either sets up the originator are a schmuck or as someone who really prefers rebels.
I'll go with rebel since Jesus essentially sent Jewish mysticism into the shadows for 2000 years.
