If ban rates have never been higher why is meso value half of what it was 3 months ago?

Has anything happened recently to cause this? Duping, meso exploits etc? I think the value was about $5/b last time I checked now it is $2.5/b that is a huge decline in value in such a short time. I was going to start going again to sell but it isn't even worth it.

Scania. Meso sites would buy them around 5 or 5.5 a bil now it's half that.
