Some people have been suggesting a search bar for many other subforums, specially for general help and Scammer Accusations. So I think it worth a reading in what Paul said so maybe we have an idea about this content

i hadnt seen either of those
from what i can see
the second post suggests a search bar on every forum paul has said this would be impossible this is not the answer he gave concerning site suggestions so i would assume therefore it is possible
the first post he says people would not use it if he still feels that way then i suppose it will never change but maybe not that was his opinion 7 years ago and im sure hes seen the same things over and over again and maybe he can see a point in this
although my suggestion was not for the whole of general help just site suggestions i can see the point of it covering the whole of general help
until it is proven one way or another
