Blizzard wouldn't look at buffing a hero that wasn't shit

they look at both the heroes overall win rate (which only they have that data) as well as what professional players use in tournaments.....fairly similar to how they handle buffs/nerfs with HotS

I think she's pretty good in the disorganized solo/duo queue
Would be interested in seeing the win rate difference between organized/disorganized.

Yeah I think the most telling thing will be when ranked comes out...that way Blizzard can look at what the top end of the community as a whole is doing as well as the overall playerbase.
