Never made a fury driuid before so I decided to give it a go.
This char is made strictly for pub dueling; that doesn't mean he is BM but I have more wiggle room.

With GoD pb you'll hit 5 frame fury which is fine since grief hits like a truck. EDC will be too slow since you have to Zod it and with a zerker axe you need 60 ias for 5 frame fury, so you'll need a non eth one and shael it or just shael your ethereal one and just use it until it has only a couple durability left.

Yeah I can def swap out things this is just the base I'm working with.
If there is an alternative thats relatively similar with some gear swaps let me know and I'll see if it's feasible.

I'm on East NL.

I'd also throw in an enigma for your stash gear for when you need more frw. I also would add an ethereal 3 soc tombreaver for swap gear. I'm not sure what other stat rings you have but the fcr on the one you have listed is a wasted stat.

I'm assuming you don't want to invest a bunch of fg making a pure fury wolf, so that gear seems fine. The better fury gear can get really pricey, which I'm guessing you're not going for.

And if it was me I'd Cham the cerebus and use a nice min dmg ring since you'd most likely gain more str/dex from a gg rare if you could get your hands on one.
