Well it's a touchy subject.. There's really no way to prove an item poofed on you that you've bought from someone, unless you literally record buying the item from someone then clashing it with unperms then seeing the item poof.. That's the best proof you can get. Who's actually going to do that, nobody right?, Exactly. Even with that method, in today's world tech is so good you can video edit that shit and make it look legit, so even that isn't really valid poof.
If it is being sold to xpac for any kind of reasonable amount it is a poofer. I would never sell perm items to xpac or unreliable person cuz what if I need it in the future? Can't trade back for it once its converted or in the hands of an untrustworthy person.
