you can use eth oaths, duress, gface, highlord, gore... on a "cheap" frenzybarb, yet oath still needs a mal and a pul:)

This ^^ Also if you find Stormlash + Stone Crusher on ground you can use them. Those are kinda rocking weps on Frenzy.

Very good, once you've fixed the frozen issue.
Boost your AR with random charms (if needed). No more AR issue once you can complete a Grief.

Merc : act2 + Might. The best weapon you can imagine is expensive. Just have a random one (Insight for example).
Another good choice for low budget is act5 merc + Lawbringer (Decrepify). Same result (with Might added) with an act2 merc and random Reaper's toll.
