The stats are the only thing that matter, not core or season. It's missing 200 max DPS, 91 strength, and 1 CDR. The secondary attribute is useless.
The last time I played condemn was in S1 and it was required to have virtually 100% perfect CDR on everything for akarat to overlap without needing a gogok, but that was before cubing existed. Is CDR on the weapon still needed or do people cube a leoric's crown and prefer 1465 vit on the weapon? I don't know the meta.
also I wasn't saying it's not a trophy because condemn isn't meta anymore, I was saying it basically has the best stats of any s6 hc eu BoP because it's not meta so people aren't trying to roll the best possible
