Finally passed on my 9th try :P I've only been playing with a mage, so I only have charms/int gear.

Which weapon set should I aim for to go with my samurai? Sword or Dagger or Longsword?

with the fg u got u can just buy alrdy made sets cheaper... ur guna need 3+ dif kind of weps so if i was buying descent gear for 1-2k fg id go for club/daggers

the next coming classes that has higher dex will save u quite bit more stats (damage) if u go dagger

swords crit chance alot more often than a dagger if i had to give in a ratio dagger would be 1 in 20 vs sword 1 in 10

if u got anymore questions/gear ur thinking of buying pm me

If you get swords and strength gear you can use those for Samurai / Paladin, then you can cast on your monk, use swords for Ninja and cast on Warlock

Or you could get Axes and Daggers, that way with your caster set you are set for all the classes. (Headhunter can only use axes / battle axes and light charms)

if you get dagger + axes + dex gear is the better but more expensive way. if you want to spend some fg you should take that route.

Gz on pass

daggers and axes + dexcharms + dexrobes is all you need for all melee classes . Optional tank armors (scale, leather) and you ready to play all melee classes as damagedealer or tank as feeder/sami/pally/headhunter

[staffs(dex)], clubs or sword are just cheap temporary items, they also require strengt charms/armors ... you dont want to have 2 charmsets and 3 weaponsets and 3 armorsets. Keep it simple

ps: should be doable with 9k fg in sc i guess

Grats! :)

Currently the sword set is the best solution for you imo.

You just passed your first MQ, you shouldn't give too much f*ck about Head Hunter. The way too long and when you're there your guildies will help you out.

Your current mage gear and a sword set is the easiest way & and the best for now coz this:

Enjoy slashing! :P
