Been looking for a new mmo to play with my gf. Blade and Soul was a huge let down.
We came across Aion as 1 of few mmo's to try out.
what would be the ideal classes to duo with for end game? pvp/pve
including finding dungeons and raids together.
we thought 1 of us should probably roll a healer like cleric so we could get runs in easier.
any tips and info would be much appreciated thanks.

I found cleric to be an insanely good class to solo with. Very easy to solo all the way to 65. If you toss in a Songweaver, you have another strong solo'ing class. You could duo to 65 lightning fast. If you rolled into Siel server on Asmodian side I could cut you a deal on kinah (their gold). I decided to go back to GW2 with my bud's instead of play Aion by myself.
Other than cleric, I would say any class that does dps would be a fine partner (I like SW due to mana regen and decent dps). The highest dps class is assassin, but they are a PAIN to play. You could also have your partner run a sorcerer (good ranged dps). Let me know how it goes and I can send you some links of resources.

thanks for the info. I will keep the server in mind for when I start up this game. Downloading and patching now will probably start playing Wednesday after my GF comes home.

i think we may roll cleric / song weaver since gf wants to play song weaver.
just wanted to know if cleric is good for pvp solo because i like to pvp a lot but my gf does sometimes not often. if not which classes would be good for pvping? while still being able to duo with a song weaver.

Hybrid cleric (Dps/healer) i had 1 of best dps cleric on EU nexus. (still have but havent play aion looong time.. need some upg) and very good solo pvp.

if wanna play easy style... make gunner / spiritmaster = easy cool win.
