I've heard tomb raider is great and probably the best of the three.

Also partial to doom myself so that would be my 2nd pick.

Doom is only worth getting for the nostalgia feel. The beta didn't convince me to buy it when it first comes out but will probably buy it once it drops in price since I don't see myself playing it to much.
