So. What was everyones opinion of this event?

Honestly, I think it was too hard. There was a decent boost to rewards for sure, But with the added difficulty of the Monster skills alongside just the added damage. It was pretty damn sketchy at the higher levels, SC or HC.

considering we were fighting lvl 87 ( i think) mobs at lvl 70..

But. I did like the Drop rates. it was nice seeing more then T1-3 Drops AND half ass Rolls on T8-14 items.

I love these events, the only problem for us in UA is that we have no HH who's active so we dont really have any tanks since everyone is warlock/alchy
And most public ppl are faketanking so explore is a no-go sadly.

But the profgain in these events are just fcuking amazing!

I explored from 20-71 on 3 different climbs, and doing 20-65 was excellent i agree. quite a few eps, some excitement, lots of drops of equal level, exactly how it should be.

the last 6 levels though were really, really hard. I would be happy with this event staying permenantly if the modifier of the last 6 levels was adjusted a touch. because sometimes i couldnt even kill one normal mob if there were three on the page they were hitting so hard before i had to regen.

i liked the stronger monsters.. but i also liked the 200+% monster difficulty ^^ (if the rewards are good enough)
i would really like to do this manually.. like whistle for higher monster lvl (like 20% more monster difficulty per 1 lvl over your own lvl up to +200% difficulty or something like that)

for the highest and hardest whistle lvl you could add a monster chain counter that adds exp/magic luck/prof gain.. so people would try to get the biggest chains on that high lvl ;) (you could also do something like that on a medium monster lvl (like lvl 5/10))

Yeah I love the drops, I finally actually got more than 1-2 skillables per climb & more like 5ish per climb in avg.
SO instead of needing 2000 climbs to get 1 prof rank i would only need 600 :D I loved it

Alot more highlvl whites is always welcome also, even tho i will never really well anything good, but it's the excitement that im after anyway right? :D

we had that remember, right when he changed the ability to make groups from any level. and He immediately killed it within 2 weeks. was a shame really.

Plus fighting higher level monsters for some reason doesnt bring barely ANY prof, only fighting mobs your exact level gives the most prof.

not being a negative nancy, Im just hoping Paul actually reads this, we make some coherent arguments and makes some of the changes permanent :)
