I feel like this is going to be 25% less prof from each item muted, may not matter at low rank but once the supply is limited you appreciate the prof points

Yeah, it would be better for u to roll the very highest you can and cut down 2-3min from those instead
For someone who have alot of items to roll as u say it's awesome, but higher ranks are hard.

Also nice for the already high lvl ppl to roll stuff that they no longer get prof for.

Yes to all questions, it will decrease the prof you get. it is mainly for rerolling items and stripping higher levels at a faster rate.
bad for people with low quantity saved up. great for everyone who has a large stockpile

also as niclas pointed out to me, its awesome for rerolling items u dont get prof for.

Thank god. I am so sick of these goddamn Handicap GP events. It has ruined the spirit of competition completely. I like the +Prof cap though, and the skilling bonuses for when you want to afk mute.

Wow this is a really cool event! Too bad my glypher is above level 70... but looks like a great time to make essences to suffer from
