item stat quality is better, imo w8 for 35+

For tier III items? I want ees 4, ml 4, maybe 20 dex charm and overspawn dmg charm. But point is i need overspawn ... and for that is better ML event like this right?

Depends on the player and their goals or playing style.

For myself personally... Welling ... the longevity means I can well more items... as long as I find a Well.

There is also +18% Map Final Chest Quality ... now if I was wearing +X Magic Luck items, I would also benefit from the +9.29% Magic Luck Effectiveness

Oh... forgot to mention... with welling & skills and using ML gear, this Event: +9.29% Magic Luck Effectiveness is very useful.

Also helps when killing if you are wearing ML gear in a catacomb or a Map.

Funny thing is... I don't use my ML gear effectively... so I lose out on the benefits of this event.
