in hardcore it would be sadly, since healing 80+ evils is a no go (at least with a single healer)

It's really rough either way, casters are slightly easier since you can out heal the monsters and let your salvation charge, and it has a pretty good effect even at low charge. Melee chars are way worse since the damage output is overall a lot lower and it's more or less impossible to have the explosive heals you need while both having enough life and damage to kill monsters.
