A lot more complicated than that, there are numerous different settings for each, different ranges, different algorithms for both the value shift, and the outputted result (converting to a human readable % difference), any children (with their own ranges, algos, sometimes), etc. The event generator is actually quite a complicated thing. :) I haven't had a chance to look at which bit is wrong yet for this, it could even have been a rounding issue. Busy on another huge rewrite at the moment.
I see. Any event is always much better than no event. It gives a different way to play the game should we choose.
