I agree with having one topic for the events. Perhaps a closed sticky that only gets updated with New events info.

This would not stop the rest of the community from being stupid and making threads anyways (which we always do for dumb passing threads, should have a sticky one for those too).
Of all the events, this by far has the potential to be the most beneficial, especially for skillers and the item hunters (even though best item drops always comes from random monsters that I have seen).
