Didnt found any topic about this, but if this is repeated topic, feel free to delete it.

Sometimes user have inbox full and cant send messages.

If i go to user profile and theres would be Chat link, then it opens chat bubble and ppl can communicate through it etc...

It's more or less the same thing. You just can't message people through their profiles they have to be actively logged into the d2jspIM (as far as I know)
Going to hold off on voting for the moment to see what others think.
