the average isn't 1:40

1:40 is the pity timer.

Kripp got 1:18 average in 713 packs

The average is just that... an Average.
It by no means is the rule, but is statistically what is found..
1:40.

For example.. I opened about 65 packs and received 2 legendaries.. pretty average. and in 73 packs, eviil had 2 as well.. Sure theres variance, but you can go 1:40 as a good rule of thumb and anything more that you pull is icing on the cake.
