he applied to us (not planned at all) I took him in without even voting him in (first time we do that), few days later whine continues, ppl getin tired of it, he is our main healer in a MM run, he lags out or is afK? we're not sure.

He comes back, asking wth just happen and complains that it was all our fault and not his. His statement was pretty much like "well i dont like to heal" this is after he took the role as a healer.
He lagged and did not click in our climbs, so no1 wanted to do another MM with him at the time being, he kept grudges and kept on whining. Then he left us because of that.
Simple fact, he's a bishy whiner with a bad connection.. Laby did tell us about his bad connection, we did not listen, fault is on me.
The picture was made all out of and jokes, there is no grudges over it today, and just a fun story :)
& there is no1 but me who've made these stuffs, no1 else treated him badly. Neither Laby or UA has ever treated him wrong in any way posible.
