I define that everything reasonable is Christian. Thus everything Christian is reasonable.
What say you now, atheists?

Is the name self-satire?

I say that's some pretty poor reasoning.

You said national day of Christianity in the post I quoted. The "day of Christianity" is Easter.

Is it?

Not Christmas then?

At any rate I was talking about the national day of prayer which is basically another national day of Christianity.

Most Christians spend their Easter participating in commercialised and bastardised versions of ancient pagan rituals that have nothing to do with Christianity and everything to do with capitalism.

Not Christmas. Christmas is important, but the reason we're Christians isn't over His birth, but His death. I spent my Easter morning at church, and then later with family over dinner.

Oh. Had a feast with your family to celebrate the coming of spring huh? Makes sense.

Sounds like a pleasant day though. My mother made us lamb this year. God it was tasty. Probably the best lamb I've ever had tbh. Definitely the best lamb that wasn't bloody in the middle. It was all slow cooked. Normally I like my red meats rare but this was amazingly tender, juicy and tasty.

No, it was to mourn and to celebrate the death and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It happened roughly at the same time of Pesach (Pasha/påsk/etc.), which is why the exact date varies year by year.

Your obsession with me is much more troubling.

Its funny how Americans always have to be so boisterous about everything. The uk just slowly got more and more secular. Generally quite quietly. But in the US everything has to be an ostentatious display. A battle with heroes and villains.

We've got all of Europe's crazy religious sects and heretics.
Furthermore the UK is probably not going to be secular in fifty years or so.

Yeah. I've heard its going to be part of the European caliphate. I mean Birmingham is already a no-go zone. Even police don't set foot in that city.

Funny shit Americans believe #21975
