Silliness of course but equally as silly as a national day of prayer.

Will be interested to hear the presidential speech at the 'reason breakfast'.

Also find it funny to note how simply by naming it the Gov has essentially implied religion is separate from reason. Makes sense though... Do not lean on your human understanding etc...

Its funny how Americans always have to be so boisterous about everything. The uk just slowly got more and more secular. Generally quite quietly. But in the US everything has to be an ostentatious display. A battle with heroes and villains.

Oh boy, I can't wait for national day of fedora tipping. It'll be the day when Atheists need to remind everyone they're atheist and why they hate religion, just generally being pricks to everyone.

As opposed to the national day of Christianity where people remind everyone how awful it is to be Godless.

Both sides as bad as eachother really.

Yeah, because that's totally how Christians spend their Easter.

You said national day of Christianity in the post I quoted. The "day of Christianity" is Easter.

I define that everything reasonable is Christian. Thus everything Christian is reasonable.
What say you now, atheists?

Is the name self-satire?
