TL;DR from patch notes.
- Dungeons now give good rewards, and a bonus reward for completing a set of 8 in a day
- Legendary Fractal Backpack
- Fractal changes, daily fractals and drop rate of ascended chests improved.
- HoT map rewards increased significantly. Just for killing shit, and frollicking in the map
- Some nice skill changes to professions.
- New Legendary Shortbow, Tiger themed.
- WvW Reward tracks
- Just an amazing WvW rework altogether if you ask me.
- Nice new level 80 tome to level a new character.
- LFG major rework. It actually looks nice and functional with added Raid and other subsections
- Scribing has been drasticially reduced in price
- I never read the PvP patch, far too happy with the WvW update to care right meow.
- Also. Chaos gloves, (not yet but they are chat coded) [&AgFLMwEA]



All you haters can hate, but this is a solid patch. And I am looking forward to playing again.

How do people think this game is dead? There are shit loads of players every area I walk into. Having a blast. I'm a noob still though. :)

Wish this forum was more active, would make it more fun.

The lack of numbers is not noticeable with megaservers.

Having said that, yesterday's patch might just bring a lot of people flooding back. Though, I am thoroughly enjoying my Dark Souls 3 atm, alongside my finals.

Ya, maybe you just need to make some new friends and the game will be fun again. I'm a noob and even I can tell the game is designed for group play. :)

The new patch is good. It's in the right direction.

Game is dead as hell though. Let's hope patch brings back player base.

other than more massive grinds for legendary it did not have anything i was interested in doing so im gonna guess it wont
