The borderline in the SA section is missing when in all the other subforums its clearly shown
*its the line that seperate the sticky topics from the regular topics*

1. Scammer Accusation s/s ( the blur in the this picture is an SA topic, just want to show its missing in some way )

2. General Help s/s

I assume the reason is because of the "help" stickies at the top, much like those in the trading forums.

Should be fixed nonetheless :)

Similar in the TG, when help stickies are shown the styling behaves that way.
It appears the SA has the TG styling with help stickies (all on one line) but also contains stickies of other topics.

stickies of other topics?

I assume it's just not something paul thought of, but it's a simple a fix.
Just add the border-bottom attribute to the last tr element using the last-of-type selector
