you are clueless, I have 3 sets of pre 1.03 Legacy nats, but all of your items were just considered trash even back at the days, the rolls are horrible, every1 could have picked those for 5k gold.

He's right, This gear is fucking dogshit for even pre ROS. i looked at 3 items with the worst stats and clicked away.

EDIT: Even the build is wrong. You dont play Diamond Skin Prism, you had the shatter one which did the dps because if u built the cm wiz right u didnt have arcane power issues. And teleport wormhole is shit too.
