The rank loses meaning on the website, depending on the item, especially weapons. For example, weapons display a higher rank when they have 7IAS instead of 10CDR. Also, the website doesn't account for ancient items ability to be augmented. The score is an arbitrary number that works best for generic armor, such as shoulders/pants/etc. The point of the link was to show you that amulets with preferred, ideal, and better attributes exist. Virtually everyone would give up 8CDR for 20%, plus I'd give up 2CC and 8CDR for 20%. You could actually give up a lot of CD and CC before it's worse than 20%.
