Star of Azkaranth always rolls with CDR

So you missed the ideal stats to roll CDR off or is it required for a certain skill to cycle? I didn't realize anyone still used immunity amulets anymore. What grift level do they become better than more DPS, because I don't know anyone who uses them?

Still don't understand why there's a "D3 Trophy Room". Not a single item ever mentioned in here will be better than a Shako.

If you don't mind me asking what is the purpose of this amulet? I personally never use anything except travelers pledge and hellfire

The only build I use it on is sometimes UE DH at higher GR because its lovely to prevent reflect from owning you on the UE build and it also has CDR for perma-vengeance

I think we can all agree it would be better if it was ancient and had rolled 20ele/10cc/100cd/XCdR and then roll off CDR to socket but I dont think I've ever seen that amulet. To me this is just a trophy (due to mostly perfect rolls) non-ancient immunity amulet.

"Meta" aside, missing out on 1000 main stat or 20% ele damage is kind of a big deal. Simply using the amulet doesn't fit the meta, but the fact that the amulet isn't good is what makes it not good.

I can't look at b.net at work, but I'm assuming you might find what you're looking for here: http://www.diablo3ladder.com/viewlegendary/272/0/all/world/The-Star-of-Azkaranth.html
