It's a lot more enjoyable. DS isn't a hard game, it just takes a long time to memorize enemy movement patterns if you're going in blind and not using a guide. The same can be said about Bloodborne, but it's to a much smaller extent. The game is just more enjoyable because it's possible to progress at a somewhat brisk pace if you're not a baddie. DS3 is designed to be frustrating, it's designed to make you want to break your controllers, and then, once you've memorized movement patterns, it's the easiest shit in the world. It's just a tedious game. I enjoyed DS and Bloodborne, but BB is actually fun, DS is really not all that entertaining. It is satisfying when you beat a boss after dying 20-30 times in a row, but you get the same thrills in BB as well.

I'm not going to boast my skill or anything but I never found any of the Souls games that hard or frustrating. It is probably just due to the fact that I really like the genre. I really liked Bloodbornes aesthetic but felt it was easier and more of a one and done type game.

Nah, if you enjoy the genre I can see how you can consider it easier. I legit platinum'd Demons Souls and it is apparently considered the hardest. But I enjoyed it all the way through.
