You think the sauce splatter should be so close to the edge of the plate? If someone grabbed it there for example.

I said awesome but lets be honest, if I go to a restaurant to order a huge steak and they bring me a plate with a decorated lil piece of steak I would definitely murder everyone from the service/kitchen and leave mad towards a KFC

They are mostly appetizers. Meaning your supposed to eat 1 or 2 of those, then one main course, and possibly dessert.
This is the place i used to work. And it's not an amercian steak house, so you don't order a "huge steak." (although we did have a 35 oz ribsteak bone in with morrel, foie gras sauce and truffle to share for 2 people)
