because when its ancient one can put int or dex or str...on it.

8 crit and non ancient kills it for me... the potential of this amulet is nice but it also has limited uses... you can really only use it as a replacement for Tal's Ammy on a Wand of Woh Wiz.

A 10 on this amulet for me would be:

Ancient, 19+ fire dmg, 90+ crit dmg, 9.5+ crit chance, 8 cooldown, socket...

So I'll give it a 7.
