been working on a spreadsheet, some of the data i have is old and im seeing some items drop that are past the previous caps i had per tier

if anyone knows these from 1-55 I would appreciate it much
i had thought most of these went 1.2.3.4.5.6 per tier but i have found several of them t3 with 4% etc

okay thanks this is more up to date than the one i have

from what i have gathered also
elements are 2/4/6 etc

Yeah Elementals are 2 per, because of their relationship with Magical Damage reduction, even though heal mastery is 5 per. Block was renamed to Parry. There's also an issue with the quick draw at the high levels.

I'm really surprised someone hasn't made a new up-to-date version of this yet...

yeah im too astonished, since plenty of ppl play the game and community could work up to it!
