Really keep forgetting about this-

June 15- Backworkout and a 1 mile run.
June 16- Leg workout and 10 mins on the arc trainer (tennis league cancelled due to rain)

June 19- Shoulder workout 1 mile treadmill
June 20- Leg workout (10mins on tread climber thing) Then played 3 sets of tennis vs a friend I won 6-1 6-4 7-5

June 21- Was working today but got cancelled 4 hours into it. Ended up playing maybe 1 hour 15mins of casual tennis and did some lawn work.

June 23rd- Played an hour of tennis in my league. (opponent didn't show so I just played a friendly match)

June 24th- Did Chest/Tri workout and 10mins cardio.

June 26- Played 1hour 15mins of tennis vs a friend and did full back workout later that night

This is becoming too much to keep track of I'm simply going to just post my weight in here as I try and cut a bit of lbs.

280lbs today, I think I'm a bit dehydrated so I expect that to go up.

No weight today gonna go for weekly weights, someone asked that I keep posting my workouts in here. Missed a bunch of tennis/lifting from june 26-now.

July 6th- Chest workout/30mins cardio

July 7th- An hour of doubles and an hour of singles tennis. Won my league match 6-0-2 (ties due to rain/no show opponent)
