Hey guys.

I'm really wondering if i should buy the game.

So a question.. Is it actually playable without having to spend a lot of money on all kinds of stuff?
Do you get benefit from having stuff you don't start up with? Like from skins, and all sort of things.

Steam currently have the game for sale, and i wonder if i'm gonna play it at all.
I'm pretty much not gonna play, if the game is pay to win, but if all the stuff you can pay to get, is something that doesn't add massive amounts of benefits for the player, then i might buy it

Please help me, figure this out.

You dont get any benefits from skins, their purpose is only visual.

But is it possible to purchase stuff, that gives you benefits? Something that might be hard to optain, without the use of a lot of cash?
Or? I have no idea how CS:GO works, at all ^^ But i have a feeling there's some sort of leveling system in it?

There's a leveling system which you can reset once you get to level 40. You get an in-game badge when you reset your rank but again its only purpose is visual.
There is nothing that you can purchase that will give you any real benefit or advantage over the other players.
Only thing that is relevant is needing rank 3 to play competitive matchmaking.

You might be lucky and get an expensive drop but that's rare.

This, No pay to win aspect in this game.
I personally am the highest rank in the game and havent spent a penny.
