reforge it till you get a decent roll

10% dmg or an extra tornado out that increases dmg 127%. Seems like a pretty easy choice. faster attack allows more tornados out and thats where you get the massive dps with all the support classes keeping your resource up so you can non stop dump tornados.

What if its a solo build that channels out tornadoes with Disintegrate? AS won't affect the proc on etched sigil right?

Life Per Hit rerolled to 7% IAS. There's no doubt that's the best option for you.

IAS->Area-> Flat damage or %, depending on the flat roll. Socket should always be added through gift.

It is a pretty bad Twister sword though. Mine has 7% Ias, 23% Area, 150% Twister. It's not ancient, but beats most ancient ones easily.
